Davor Dretar Drele

Davor Dretar, known as „Drele”, is a Croatian entertainer, comedian and radio and television host (Zagreb, 1966). In the early 1990s he founded the comedy band Dreletronic, which won cult status with parodies in the Zagorje and Kajkavian dialect („Čavel v glavi”, „Kolinje”). He has been one of the signature voices of Narodni radio since 1997, and through the 2000s became one of Croatia's best-known television hosts („Farma”, „Pet na pet”). He has also acted in the series „Bitange i princeze”, „Stipe u gostima” and „Zauvijek susjedi”. In 2007, at Varaždin's Špancirfest, he and Kristijan Petrović hosted a talk show for 35 hours and 16 minutes non-stop, entering the Guinness Book of Records.
